U.S. Orders Only

Odelisse Boutique currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer UPS and FedEx with Ground, Standard, and Express shipping options. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and destination.

Shipping Promotions
Free shipping methods are calculated and show in checkout as follows:

Free Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days) Orders $100 and up

Free Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days) Orders $0.00 - $99.99

Express shipping is also available for $15 for Orders less than $99.99

Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Carrier Delays
Odelisse Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
